Skills Desired
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Trello, Hive, and Lucidchart
- Knowledge and experience using a variety of visual diagramming and research tools & methodologies
- Excellent communication skills including technical writing
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years small business or remote client care experience
- 2-3 years qualitative/quantitative research or data analysis experience
- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Work in (mostly) U.S. Eastern Time
Job Duties
- Gather feedback from clients, analyze current policies and systems, and identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement
- Develop, write, and implement standard operating procedures for multiple clients Provide assistance to ensure adoption of new procedures and systems
- Gain insights into client needs, gather data, and provide recommendations to effectively optimize operations
- Critically evaluate data and design comprehensive research methodologies
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data management/analysis skills
- Evaluate market trends and provide competitor analysis
- Regularly report out findings (both in writing and orally) to team members
- Research and become familiar with various topics in a short period of time
- Produce meeting notes and clear action items as a client deliverable
