Skills Desired
- Proficiency in Google Suite products, Trello, Hive, Hootsuite, and Canva
- Experience in Project Management
- Ability to stay on top of current trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years social media management experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Work in (mostly) U.S. Eastern Time
Job Duties
- Brainstorm, draft, formalize, schedule, and publish all social media posts across various platforms
- Work in partnership with clients to develop engaging social media content to meet clients' goals, with the ability to work with minimal input from clients
- Develop, execute, and revise social media strategies unique to each client
- Track key performance indicators across all social media platforms and create weekly reports
- Communicate with followers and respond to queries when appropriate
- Think creatively and draft correspondence on behalf of clients while maintaining voice, style, and brand representation
- Research social media trends and make recommendations for clients
- Develop and track key performance indicators to provide strategic insights and create engagement reports
