Rona has been named a winner in the 10th Annual 2023 Globee^® Awards for Sales, Marketing, Service, & Operations. 

The Globee^® Awards, renowned for providing the world’s leading business awards and ranking lists, present these distinguished global awards to honor outstanding individuals, teams, and departments in the domains of sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.

Rona has been honored with a Silver Globee^® in the category of Business Role Model of the Year.

In addition, Rona has been named a winner of two 2023 TITAN Women Gold awards. 

The TITAN Women in Business Awards, organized by the International Awards Associate (IAA), honored Jobe in two Gold TITAN Women in Business award categories. The first award is Female Entrepreneur of the Year: Women Helping Women - Business, and the second award is Female Entrepreneur of the Year: Entrepreneur of the Year (Business < 5 Years).

The TITAN Women in Business Awards program honors exceptional females who have made remarkable strides in the ever-evolving business landscape, making a substantial impact with their unwavering commitment and exceptional contributions.
